Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute Diversity Scholarship

The Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (OCAI) has been accelerating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to bring about positive change to the appraisal profession. The OCAI Diversity Scholarship was created to foster diversity in the appraisal community.

One OCAI Diversity Scholarship per calendar year is awarded to either current minority professionals who are active in the practice of real estate appraisal, or undergraduate and graduate minority students concentrating, or with demonstrated interest, in real estate appraisal and/or valuation.
